Make sure you don't buy a cheap counterfeit sweater, as it will be nothing like the real one. If you can take great care of the sweater it should last you more than 200 wears over the course of about 10 years, give or take. That is of course, if you are really that low on custom dress shirts that you need to buy one of these and wear them that often.
